Owners double aft cabin with ensuite shower & toilette leads forward to split galley with washing on port side and cooking and preparation on starboard side. Wheelhouse saloon followed by V berth double cabin forward with own ensuite shower and toilette. The whole boat is heated and cooled by a plumbed in reverse cycle air-conditioning system and independent 220v electricity is from a diesel engined, plumbed in and sound proofed 4Kva generator installed under the port side forward V berth. Hot water is supplied from a 64lt immersion heater & calorifier.

Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this DeGroot 11 m Dutch steel cruiser for sale. Hauled out in 1998, 2001, 2003 and last surveyed in 2004 when she remained out of water until 2005 for hull sand blasted and painting with twin pack epoxy paint, new anodes and antifouling. 2007 out again for topsides sand blasting & twin pack paint
2008 new bimini fitted. 2012 lift out for bow thruster repairs. A boat which has documented maintenance history every year whilst in the present owners hands and evidently a well maintained, well equipped and well loved cruiser.
