Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a truly classic Yeoman 35 MKII. Built by RJ Priors of Burnham on Crouch Essex in 1956 she has been lovingly restored over the past few years after being found ‘abandoned’ in a yard on the Clyde in 2005. Constructed from mahogany on teak she has impressive and classic lines providing “beauty, habitability and speed…” and is just full of character and quality fittings throughout. Her refit brought along a new sail wardrobe, new standing rigging, new engine and stern gear and much more. Just take a look through the impressive photos and you’ll appreciate this classic beauty. Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Jeanneau Merry Fisher 695. These are really great boats and are perfectly suited to family cruising, fishing or just pure enjoyment. Rarely do we get to offer boats to the market that are as well presented as this Merry Fisher. I took plenty of photos to illustrate just how clean and tidy she is, right down to and including the bilges. Take a look at the equipment levels too – there’s shore power, with charging circuit and fully ducted cabin heating. Visiting this example on a fine sunny day it was clear to see why the Merry Fishers are so well liked. The deep safe cockpit, and a well laid out wheelhouse with seating for two at the helm makes these boats ideal for day trips or even weekending.
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Scanmar 33. Coming from a Swedish heritage, build quality is, as might be expected, very good indeed and looking at this example you wouldn’t think she was built in 1986. Incredibly she has been in the same ownership from new. The layout below is great with a good-sized galley to port and heads to starboard. Scanmar owners will confirm that the 33 sails very well indeed. I found one review that stated: “I can highly recommend this boat - it is well made, sails like a dream and is comfortable below and on deck.” One owner commented; “We've sailed the Scanmar at least another 1,000 n.m. and I continue to discover exceptional qualities - comfort, speed, convenience, logical design choices, and clever details that make cruising aboard her a pleasure.”
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Jeanneau Sunlight 31. The Jeanneau Sun Light 31 was a successful design offering quite a bit of space in just 30’. Purchased by the current owner in 2002 she has cruised the West Country with the occasional cruise to the Channel Islands. She is fast and responsive at sea, can be handled short handed or even solo and provides good accommodation when in port.
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a well maintained and presented Vancouver 34. The Vancouver 34 Pilot shares the same cruising attributes of the 34 but with the addition of the pilothouse configuration. This provides a superb 360 degree seated saloon as well as the central galley, twin double berths and plenty of stowage space. The current owner has clearly kept this Vancouver up to date and she benefits from extras like cabin heating, recent navigation equipment and a self-steering windvane. Currently lying afloat there really is not much that needs doing for the season – just sail away! Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with your Boatshed Dartmouth broker.
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Seadog 30. The Seadogs themselves of course are almost legendary and they are renowned for being strong, safe and sea-kindly. This Seadog has recently under-gone a very thorough refit including removal and refurbishment of the engine, professional top-sides refurbishment and interior refit including new upholstery. The standing rigging has been renewed and is ready for re-stepping. This is only the second Seadog offered for sale in recent years by Boatshed Dartmouth and should not be missed. Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale an ever popular Westerly Konsort. Westerly Konsorts are well regarded for being spacious and for easy handling with good performance under sail and power. This Konsort has been upgraded for Brittany and Channel Island cruising where she is ideally suited to explore remote areas inaccessible to other boats and away from the crowds. Well maintained, she has been a safe family boat enjoyed by the current owner, who is a professional seafarer, for the past 17 years. Most recent improvements include fitting a Beta Marine 28hp engine and gearbox (2009), with upgraded alternator, new stern gear and a calorifier for pumped hot water. In 2013 the standing rigging was replaced. She has davits and duplicate aerials fitted to a gantry which also makes her suitable for mast down cruising in the French Canals.
Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a well maintained and equipped Channel Island 22. This example is fitted with the preferred twin Volvo diesels (recently serviced) offering excellent maneuverability and performance. Boatshed Dartmouth and Brixham are delighted to offer for sale a very clean and well presented, one owner from new Maxi 1100. The Maxi yachts are renowned for their sleek, elegant lines, good performance and excellent interior design. Sailing capability is impressive and the current owner assures me even when pressed hard the yacht is stiff and easy to steer. Below decks there is ample teak and the hand made joinery shows attention to detail. The galley is to starboard while to port is a good-sized navigation table with a really large heads aft to port while to starboard is a good sized aft cabin Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Dartmouth broker.

Boatshed Dartmouth are pleased to offer for sale a Sigma 33c in very well presented condition. Stepping onboard I was met with a clean and presentable yacht that clearly has had care, attention and money bestowed on her. Between 2005 and 2007 she was refitted including engine, mast, standing rigging and nav gear. About 450 of the Sigma 33’s were built, until production ended in the early 1990s. 'Practical Boat Owner' describe the design as ".... an excellent fast cruiser", and 'Sailing Today' said the design was ".... fast, stable, and of course, a pleasure to sail". Their heavy weather ability was proved early on as two survived the 1979 Fastnet race.
