Broker's Comments

A very well maintained example of the popular Jeanneau Sun Rise 35, currently used as a live aboard by her owner who has owned the boat since 2005 when he carried out a major refit replacing all the wiring and plumbing.

Ample accommodation with 3 double cabins and 2 singles in the saloon. Last out of the water early 2024 and the engine was serviced late 2022. Sails are all serviceable. Batteries were replaced 2020/2023.

Currently British registered but with EU VAT paid and Spanish IEDMT matriculation tax also paid. Mooring is paid until July 2024
