Houseboat Project

This is a part finished project, built by the owner. She is at a stage where she could be used for a number of applications, from floating office to a live aboard. She has a BSS valid until 2021.
She currently does not have electrics or water systems. There has been a good start to the project, now she is a blank canvas waiting to be finished, the interior is very large with some nice deck spaces, and some new ideas could turn her into a fantastic unit.
The vessel is designed to be static on the water but can be craned and moved by road to anywhere in the country (the engine and controls are not connected)
