Broker's Comments

This boat will take your breath away!

Her exterior harks back to the industrial era, with her purposeful, blunt, yet graceful exterior lines - there is a lot of work to do to maintain those lines though. Paint and steelwork will undoubtedly need looking at.

In stark contrast, once you land inside, it's a completely different world! This boat has been completely refitted inside and she's been magically transformed into a two bedroom floating apartment - and not one that is mean with space either!

Plenty of windows and overhead skylights mean that she seems really light, bright and airy down below. There is seemingly almost limitless headroom and her living area is vast, well thought out and contains all of what we think you'd need on board for a very comfortable lift indeed.

Take a look at the pictures, videos and virtual reality tours to get a feeling what it's like to be on board!

Please note: this boat must leave Brighton Marina and does not come with a residential mooring
