The 35 European is one of the earlier models to utilise the, now classic, Broom layout of forward guest cabin, midships saloon, aft owners' cabin with en-suite toilet and shower, and the helm on the aft deck. Owners love the access from the main saloon on starboard and portside to the side decks - for ease of mooring up. The build quality is second to none too! This particular model is designed for both inland and sea passage making.

Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This Broom 35 European would make a fabulous family boat for holidays or a great live aboard as she benefits from 2 heads and 2 main cabins, lots of stowage and spacious, bright accommodation. She is an estuary or inshore motor cruiser. Originally built to a very high specification she will continue to give much pleasure for many owners in the future.

Nice boat. Too few photos, unfortunately. Why was the video camera operator so Gonzo? Obsessed with the blessed green settee in the saloon. The frustration was overwhelming when the door opposite the galley was ignored. What is in there? A decent shower - perhaps? Well, I will never know. Another cruddy hand held shower in the ensuite, which is supposed to be used whilst sitting/standing on the toilet. Interesting how most sail boat designers seem to forget about a shower/bath & then squash it in on top of the heads.
