Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union is delighted to offer this 58ft Narrowboat for sale with potential mooring at Southwest Herts Narrowboat Trust near Watford.

Built in 1984 by Calcutt Colecraft, this boat is well priced for sale and this boat would make a great liveaboard for an individual or couple. The boat is well laid out, traditional in style with many fantastic and very well looked after features.

The boat is equipped with multi-fuel stove and multi powered heating.

Her last Blacking was in March 2018 as was a full engine service. She has been serviced every year of the owners tenure of 17 years, other than lockdown year of 2020.

The mooring is transferable with the boat. The trust is very happy to negotiate an appropriate fee for her mooring.

This boat is realistically priced for sale currently, and viewing is highly recommended.

These boat details are subject to contract.
